email from Mulberry. Within this email, you will receive the details of your protection plan,
as well as an activation link enabling you to create credentials to access your dedicated
To activate your dedicated Mulberry portal simply follow
the below instructions:
- Go to the welcome email that you received from Mulberry ("Activate your Mulberry
Account") and click on “Log into My Mulberry Account”
- Create a password that follows the below parameters:
- It is at least 7 characters long
- It contains least one upper-case letter
- It contains at least one number
- Click on "Create Account" and you're all set!
From your customer portal, you can update your personal information, review coverage information and file a claim.
