Store credit can be applied to any order through the checkout page. Please use the email address attached to the store credit. If you do not know which of your email addresses was used, please contact Rugs USA Customer Service by phone or email; we'd be happy to help you identify the correct account.
Follow the below steps once in check-out to access your store credit:

After you submit your email address in step 2, please have access to your email inbox to provide the security code sent to you. There may be an additional step after entering the emailed security code to provide an additional code that will be sent to you via SMS.
Step 4:
After you have entered all necessary security codes from step 3, scroll down to the "Payments" section of the checkout page, and all available store credit will be available for use.
Helpful Tip:
If you are still not seeing your store credit and have confirmed that there is store credit on your account, click "check out as guest," as shown below, and begin step 1 again. This may need to be done due to stored payment methods from other Shopify merchants you have shopped with in the past. This additional step will correct the issue.
