This fee can vary depending on the item being returned, and there is a fee associated with each returned item. This amount is held back from your total refund amount.
Customers with damaged or defective items will need to submit a claim with our customer service team first, by sending photos of the issue via chat or email. Please note that we cannot refund return shipping fees for these items if the claim is not approved before sending the items back for return.
