All promo codes must be added on the cart page before checkout. If a customer forgets to apply a promo code, they can email our Customer Support team within 7 days of the purchase and after the sale has started. We can assist them as long as the promo is still active and follows our Price Adjustment Policy. Similar to price adjustments, we cannot honor expired promo codes or make any adjustments for orders more than 30 days past the delivery date.
