We allow returns on most** Rugs USA products within 30 days of delivery within the Contiguous United States, Hawaii & Alaska. All returns must be shipped using a Rugs USA-provided return label, and the product(s) must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered. Bedding items must be returned unused in their original packaging. You can select between receiving store credit OR a refund back to your original form of payment minus return shipping fees.
If you paid with ShopPay installments through Affirm, they will send you an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule if you've made a partial return. With a total return, ShopPay shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. If you have questions about your payment status, please contact ShopPay for further information.
**All orders placed via "Facebook Shops" through any Meta platform will receive a Rugs USA store credit, minus return fees, for their return.

We are unable to accept or process returns for the following;

- Used or laundered bedding products
- Bedding not returned in its original packaging
- Purchases delivered to Canada and/or Puerto Rico
- Products purchased from the "Custom by Rugs USA Collection"
- Return shipping fees are covered by the customer and calculated before completing your return
- Rugs USA provides customers with discounted carrier rates for all returns
- Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-10 business days for it to be processed for a refund or store credit.
- If being refunded back to your original form of payment, please allow your bank or credit card provider 5-7 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.
- Please note that items included with your return, but not part of the return authorization, will not be processed and will create delays in receiving refunds for those items.
- We are not able to assist with return items lost in transit that are not part of the return authorization or sent separately from the authorized return label.
