Yes- it's important that your rug return is properly wrapped in order for FedEx to ship it back to our processing center. If you never took your rug out of the packaging and it is in good condition, you can use the original packaging. Otherwise, any type of heavy duty plastic or sturdy box would be appropriate for packaging and returning your rug.
**Please remember to cover or remove all old shipping labels if using the original wrapping.
